Common questions

How does the 14-day trial work?: Download any driver from its product page and add it to your project. It runs with full functionality for 14 days from first activation, then stops until a licence is applied.
How is a driver licensed?: Licences are per installer and permanent. Once purchased, the driver stays licensed for that project and updates remain free.
Which Control4 OS versions are supported?: Each driver lists its minimum OS in the specification table. Most drivers support Control4 OS 3.0 and later.
How do I install a driver?: Copy the .c4z file into your Composer Pro drivers folder, restart Composer, then add the driver from the Search tab and enter the device connection details.
Can you add support for a device we use?: Often, yes. Send us the device model and protocol documentation through the contact page and we will confirm whether it can be added.
