Account access
Dealer accounts are authenticated and access to account, project and licence records is restricted by account permissions.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe's hosted checkout. C4 Toolbox does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Licensing
The Agent exchanges controller and driver identifiers with C4 Toolbox to validate licences, trials and available updates.
Support
Support and diagnostic information is used only to investigate requests, maintain drivers and protect the service.
